This project involved the construction of three 5-plex housing units in Coral Harbor, designed for public and staff accommodation. Each unit is equipped with modern amenities, including two boilers, water heaters, and baseboard heating, ensuring reliable warmth throughout the harsh Arctic winters. Each suite features a dedicated Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) for improved air quality and energy efficiency, as well as a 3-piece bathroom and in-suite facilities. A fuel oil tank supports the heating system, ensuring year-round comfort and functionality for residents.
